Redirects for Modeler documentation pages to Camunda 8 docs are broken

Some of the redirects for Camunda Modeler documentation to the C8 docs do not work.

Steps to reproduce (Required on creation)

1. Go to https://docs.camunda.org/manual/latest/modeler/
2. Checking the first redirect rule for the Modler rule set, it should redirect to https://docs.camunda.io/docs/components/modeler/bpmn/modeler-bpmn/.

Observed Behavior (Required on creation)

When visiting https://docs.camunda.org/manual/latest/modeler/, we are not redirected to https://docs.camunda.io/docs/components/modeler/bpmn/modeler-bpmn/

Expected behavior (Required on creation)

When visiting https://docs.camunda.org/manual/latest/modeler/, we are redirected to https://docs.camunda.io/docs/components/modeler/bpmn/modeler-bpmn/

• These rules were migrated as part of the Optimize 7 docs revival.
• The redirects were managed by IT on the central webserver that hosts all documentation.
• We have no proof that the redirects worked before the migration.
• The behavior is inconsistent between stage and live although the rules are the same.
