Optimize FE: can't cancel /close edit dialog

Optimize 3.14

Description (Required on creation; please attach any relevant screenshots, stacktraces, log files, etc. to the ticket)

Can't close dialog without saving:

Clicking on either Don't Save or X does not change the screen.
Browser Console shows these errors:

Steps to reproduce (Required on creation):

• Create 2 reports
• Create a combined report
• Edit One of the reports to make it incompatible with the combined report. For example change the value of Report Setup to Raw Data
• Click save
• See the dialog and that Don't Save & X button does not work
