Remove supported environments with 7.22

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

• The environments are removed from the docs
• Any CI or code that is needed only for these versions is removed or refactored

Hints

• MariaDB CI can only be removed with 7.23 (decision pending) since we have a customer in need of support for 7.22.
  • We keep the discontinuation notice.
