Create a standalone build of ngeo #4312

So, I have cloned this git repo and tried all "make xxx" and "npm run xxx" commands that I know of but without success. I want to create a standalone build of ngeo, ie. the ngeo.js and ngeo-debug.js files.
How do I do that?

ng build

is used for standart AngularJS apps
