How to expand p colum on Flat Table when response options are 5 option #355

Concerto Platform version

v5.0.27

Expected behavior

applied MGRM when response options are 5 option

Actual behavior

set p1 p2 p3 p4，run MGRM
Test problem encountered. Execution halted. When I chose the fourth and fifth categories.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Extended p5,p6,p7. Again Test problem encountered.
