Steps to reproduce the issue

I run the test as described in the tutorial. Scores are always zero.

Is there a way I can debug the sequence to find out what is wrong?

Hello, please use the latest tagged version on 5.0.x master branch. 5.1 is a dev branch and tutorials haven't been tested with it.

Are you using the example item bank provided? Do your response options definitely have scores assigned to them in the optionScoreN columns? To check for bugs in your test: https://github.com/campsych/concerto-platform/wiki/Bug-checking

I have the same error. If I set the item per page to 5 I run into problems but if I set it to 1 it works fine. I don't know how to make it work with several items per page
