Add an option, which makes barbra skip packages, already known to ocamlfind. Something like --global or --use-installed will work.

It's hard to do, since some packages provide more than one findlib library, and some packages do not install findlib libraries at all. Maybe we should add keyword that states which findlib libraries are installed by this package.
