The following outstanding tasks have to be done:

Activate EasyCLA in all repos
Adapt admin manual for creating new repos, add a task to activate EasyCLA in the new repo
Add a section/reference in CONTRIBUTING.md to the EasyCLA instructions in README.md
Adjust Project Charter if necessary
Check if these files are still needed: file-header.txt, checkstyle.xml

EasyCLA is activated for all repositories in the CAMARA organization.
