Open pop-up when initially opening the site #21

When opening up the site the pop-up that shows potentially errors with a connection should open up automatically.
However, it should lack the info on scratch link and rather show "Install the Hex file on your Calliope mini to connect to the Calliope mini Blocks editor" with a link to: https://calliope.cc/programmieren/editoren/calliope-mini-blocks-scratch-programmieren

Though as there is a translation service in effect, we would need to check how to make use of it in several languages...
