Open links by Ctrl-LeftClick instead of MiddleClick #13

Middle click is widely used in terminal for pasting text selected by left mouse button. It would be more handy to open links by holding Ctrl key and clicking Left Mouse Button.

It is optional and is disabled by default.
I will try to add options for "keyboard combined mouse click", like Ctrl-LeftClick. :-)
