[CAL-4704] Show OOO emoji and forwarding when not available

We want to always show the OOO emojis and the button to link to a team member, even when the user wouldn't be available at that time.

It's common to create an OOO busy calendar event in your calendar integration which then blocks your availability in cal.com and OOO forwarding isn't working
