Research Question

Single sentence description:
New analysts are starting. The exercises are from 3 years ago and many things have changed. We can add some exercises that reflect the skills necessary to succeed on our team (using .py files, Makefiles, creating a portfolio) and data that we actually use.

How will this research be used?

Train analysts.
