[BUG] Event Create Reaction bug

Describe the bug
When you are creating an event with title and autogenerate name, reaction "dash" can pass variables without checking if name of the event already exist.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start !event create
2. Fillout event title to match curently used name of event
3. Click reaction "dash"
4. See error

Expected behavior
It should display an error.
