Directory Structure:

The repository contains two python packages in the python folder:

microns-materialization-api - can be installed independently and does not depend on Docker image
microns-materialization - depends on api and Docker image

both packages are versioned together.

Base code

Base code from Stelios and Brendan added

Configuration Code in api

allows for seamless registration of DataJoint externals and adapters.

Version control

checks for latest version of package upon import. notifies if package is not latest based on version.py file.
