Feature: D-Pad Arrows support

Hi,

Sometimes i prefer play games using standard dpad arrows instead of nipple pad.
Currently the arrow keys that can be set from the "JSDOS-Studio" is too large and not very comfortable to use.

It will be great if you'll add an option to add dpad support on the "studio" (on the similar way i add nipple).
