idea: Mapping of name and phone numbers

Currently the hotline has a comma delimited of phone numbers.
I think it would be nice to have a map of organizer's name and phone numbers.
something like: "mariatta": "1604yyyzzzz"

So the slack bot can then say "call from ABC was answered by mariatta", instead of just the phone number.
