看到目前(2023/11)西瓜视频和抖音未发布Rapheal库，相关功能似乎被npth组件代替，有几个问题期待得到答复：

Rapheal是否仍在维护中？
是否推荐在解决Android端OOM问题时使用该库？
npth组件未来是否有开源计划？
