关于 kotlinx.android.extensions 插件 #4

源码中 IUIBlock 有使用到 kotlinx.android.extensions 的 LayoutContainer，现在这个插件已经被废弃，如果我想导入 BlockFramework 源码使用，不依赖这个插件呢，需要修改哪些东西呢？
如果后续更新是否会同步到这里，做到内外同源？
wiki里写的版本号是 0.1.0，实际上版本号是 0.0.1-alpha.1 才能下载下载，还是到仓库里一级一级点开才发现的

只需要定义这个接口，然后删除掉kotlinx.android.extensions的依赖即可
会做到内外同源
分支已更新到0.1.0版本
