one possible reason: member delete their account, then name becomes to 账号已注销

cannot visit their personal space, e.g. https://space.bilibili.com/317866

return -404 when visit via api, e.g. https://api.bilibili.com/x/space/acc/info?mid=317866

TODOs

  • add code field in tdd_member table
  • when add member or update member info, consider code field
  • show invalid code prompt banner at top of member detail page
