Touch & Pen not working on Surface Tablet (win 10) #12

Neither my fingers nor my pen work properly on the Surface Book 2 touch screen. However the mouse is working fine.

Update: When I hold the side-button on the surface pen, the pen works perfectly with bumptop.

*but it's very uncomfortable to hold down the button while using the pen on the touchscreen
