To update organizers from 2025 census form

Once the census form submission deadline has passed, you are required to update the list of organizers in the 'Our Team' page to reflect the census form

Steps to update page

1. Get CSV of census form Google sheet
2. Go to Dev Tools folder in shared drive > organisation json automation
3. Run all code blocks (if you're having issues, leave a comment in this thread)
4. Check through the output_3.json entries to ensure everything is okay
5. Purge all photos and get photos from drive folder to use with census form. You need to manually add photos to a person's entry (sadly)

Please create a new branch for this issue and work on this in that branch
