System headers, specifically windows.h is installed as Windows.h. This is not a problem on windows as it's case insensitive. Is there an option to allow build2 to use case insensitive file search?

There is a solution for this described in the INSTALL file (and no, it's not possible to solve this at the build2 level -- this is cl.exe interacting through Wine with the filesystem).
