exercises for chapter 12

all the answer to exercises for chapter 1-11 is right I think, but when comes to 12, there are some exercises for chapter 13 would you like to fullfill that for 12? I want to get some ref for me to confirm whether i am right :P

2020 version has many exercises in chapter 12.

I plan to go over the repo at some point in the future (maybe at Xmas) and update the solutions. I'd love to do it sooner but sadly I just don't have the capacity.
