MultiChildNode subclass with no value? #4

Hypothesis: most of the MultiChildNode instances in a normal radix tree don't have a value.

If this hypothesis is true, then we can save more overhead in ImmutableStringRadixTreeMap by using a node impl that doesn't have a value field.
