Apple Pie Filing

For use with the fruit pie recipe.

Ingredients

(5 or 6) Whole Tart Apples
(1/3 Cup) Sugar - Approximately. Adjust per sweetness of apples and preference.
(1 Tbsp) Cinnamon

Instructs

Slice apples.
In a large mixing bowl, add sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and toss.
Let sit for 30-45 minutes.
