Some augmentations to make:

They should respect the --git and --svn flags that 'rails' provides. Right now we are assuming projects are being managed in git always.
Add a test to the 'module.rb' to make sure the project name starts with 'bcms_' otherwise you get a nasty hard to understand failure later.
Allow BrowerCMS to be created with a specific version of the gem, which will make it easier to avoid need to unpack and freeze the gem.
