I don't think the blogs are news.

I do believe some things have happened since October 18th 2019

Suggest a section "blog" -> moved to another issue

Have "News" for news, e.g. new hardware purchases, downtimes, new staff, published papers. The goal being to accurately represent the active, vibrant research computing center that we are.

There is a section on the front page with "New CCV rates", "Changes to Oscar exploratory limits", "Agreements with cloud providers". These seem like News, but are not in the News section.

Is there a difference between "What's new" and "news"? archivability?

I think that sounds reasonable
"what's new" for highlights
"news" is the archive of all the amazing happenings at CCV
