More of a cry for help.

There are the ARC group events on the website, but there is nothing about system events. E.g. the 8 day down time for Oscar and the YURT in January.
Can there be a banner or alert on the front page?

@hkershaw-brown we are working on a ccv status page and a way to show major disruptions on the website.

@fernandogelin Is the status page the home for "future" disruptions? I think @hkershaw-brown would like users to be aware that that down time is happening soon.
