File and transfer section suggestions

Suggestions:

1. remove the comparison table.
   There are a few errors in it, Rdata isn't restricted to Brown campus or VPN. Rdata "security features" is blank which I think is hilarious, but it does give the wrong impression to users that there are no security features. The limit for Rdata is incorrect.
   It doesn't communicate the cost of each storage option.

2. Combine the three boxes: Campus File Storage (this is named incorrectly on the CCV website), RData, BrownBox and others mentioned into comparison table into a single page on storage.

3. The only transfer service in this section is BrownBox. I think transferring files can be better explained.
