The Last Name field should have the Subject ID and the “Patient ID” field should be ID_SessionLabel, e.g., 622020_BSL or 622020_SR.

I think the text is great! And agree, we should add a picture from the console. Maybe let's keep this issue open until we get to that. I seemed to remember Mike and I having a picture but I don't seem to find it... I'll look more
