Description: Enhance and integrate the existing Scaffold ETH front-end to fully support the stablecoin system.

Subtasks:

Refactor existing dummy pages and components to support stablecoin functionality.
Implement UI components for minting, burning, and managing collateral.
Integrate Web3 interactions with deployed smart contracts.

Acceptance Criteria:

Enhanced front-end successfully interacts with deployed smart contracts.
Users can perform all core stablecoin functions through the interface.
UI provides clear feedback on transactions and system state.
