Specify Loop Mode Sleep Time #9

Allow for a sleep time to be entered for the loop mode. May need to send the pulse and heartbeat to prevent timeout.

This feature was added in 81e1ae1

There is no pulse or heartbeat and so expanding this to too long will likely end in the session timing out. I will add the pulse soon
