Paquita mentioned that ES2 has high CAS9 expression and typically works great in CRISPR experiments. This may help to explain why many models have higher performance! |

In #61 we observed that models seemed to perform better in ES2 than other cell lines. We will use this issue to document what might be remarkable about the cell line and other things we observed.
