I am trying to perform some circuit evaluation, and I would like to import a .txt file contain all the gates and stuff. What is the correct way to import it?

SPDZ-2 does not support this. Have a look SCALE-MAMBA, which does support circuits in some text format.

Adding to my previous answer, MP-SPDZ now also supports circuits in the same format as SCALE-MAMBA.
