Allow passing -XmxNNN to MauveCM script and Mauve script.

use to extract param from $@

XMX="-Xmx500"

    (*) set -- "$@" "$arg" ;;

done

Add -Xmx\$GALAXY_MEMORY_MB to tool wrapper command
