Disable navigation in page when inspector is on #83

As subject i think is not usefull and little bit frustrate to not disable navigation ( href, button event ecc) when inspector is in mode On.
When i try to select a portion code in page where figure some link, the click event pull me on target page refers.
So Can you disable all link in page when inspector is up ?
