Responsive mode not working

Brackets Release 1.4 build 1.4.0-16380 (release 273804eb3)
Windows 10

Hello, I just installed the plugin for Brackets via the extension manager and it seems that it is not working on my end, I get the same result on 3 computers, 1 on which Brackets was updated, and 2 with fresh install of the software.

Here is a screenshot before I launch responsive mode :

Here is a screenshot after I clicked on the responsive mode icon, notice that the only change is that the scroll bar disappears and the UI is slightly darker :

However I'm having issues with Brackets on Windows 10 with all my 3 computers, here is an issue I just reported for Brackets : adobe/brackets#11596

This may be related to the issues I get with Brackets and not the plugin, this is why I wanted to share this issue to know if someone else is getting the same result.
