For some reason while using a PHP document, with this plugin i can't press ctrl+E to edit css propetites.

correct at this point it does not support php documents, only HTML as the CSS rules are generated from the CSS rules in the web browser. This needs to be re-architected to simply read the CSS rules in the project files instead before this can work
