Possible integration with bref-php-extensions?

I've been working on a prototype to convert a lot of CloudFormation into CDK and one thing I stumbled upon was the fact that we can only take the Bref layers here. Maybe a potential on-the-fly load of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/brefphp/extra-php-extensions/master/layers.json could mkae it possible to provide extensions arn as well?
