Tag Index Index is missing some data. See #212 for the new requirements.

We should ship the new columns a while before merging #212 so we can duplicate columns in the tag index during the transition

New columns:

Description Column (Column where descriptions of/criteria for each tag live)
Description (Of the entire sheet)

Actually no. We should just not do this at this time. It makes more sense to version the tag index before we introduce inconsistencies.
