FullScreen Map Demo shows blank page

The FullScreen Map Demo at http://gonevertical-apis.appspot.com/fullpage.html only displays a blank screen in Chrome.

@mikegfink Seems the JS for the full screen demo was not deployed with the last demo release. The nocache file is missing.

I think that for the next demo release, we should just place the page on a github.io site so that we can deploy without needing to move it to AppEngine. This would break a single demo which makes a remote call to AppEngine, but might be worth it for easy of deployment and would cut down over 150MB of the mvn clean install run.
