Is Secure Channel supported with Exchange 2019 CU14?

Using this module under the exchangelib module to authenticate to an Exchange 2019 CU14 server with Secure Channel and Extended Protection enabled and its getting back a 413 status code. Was wondering if v0.5.2 supports connecting to that level of server?
