Seemingly (sources are scarce, but the wheels do make it look like that) pypiwin is just an old packaging of pywin.
See #13 and https://old.reddit.com/r/learnpython/comments/fkr40q/how_to_install_win32api/fkumc2z/ for some context.

Fixes #13

Should test that this works before merging

The would be nice to have merged. I randomly had (the old/last version of) pypiwin32 get installed, and it took a while to figure out why. It seems to be working alright, but seems weird to have up-to-date pywin32 installed alongside the old pypiwin32

@brandond could you please look into merging this PR?

This packages seems to be one of the few still using pypiwin32.

See no reason to create unnecessary chaos in windows environments
