Creating an issues to track the grunt compile outlined in #1.

Create documentation to show that this is only meant to be used on front-end only sites. Should combine all the scripts and stylesheets into one html file and minify it.

Should be parametrized to allow for building to different files. See gruntjs/gruntjs.com#235.

This was implemented awhile back. Still needs clean up in gruntjs/grunt-docs#19. Closing this issue as further progress will be tracked in gruntjs/grunt-docs#21.
