The BrainVISA Downloads page is showing an incorrect version number. At the time of this writing, the latest release is 5.1.1 but the page shows:

Release: 5.1.2

Oh yes that's right. It's because we have built the website from the 5.1 branch, and not from the 5.1.1 release tags, and the versions have been pre-incremented on the 5.1 branch.
