Adding an informal evaluation format during/at the end of the event:

during the event: post-it evaluation using poster boards ("This I liked ..." and "This can improve ...")
at the end of the event: short live evaluation to list some pros and cons (e.g. shorturl.at/nxAB8)

Definitely, it is needed to be added to the guideline.
