Ideas as implemented in OpenMR Benelux 2020:

  • personalized speaker gifts: e.g. self-written card + brain-shaped cookies
  • HackTrack facilities: provide snacks (#openchocolate) & drinks in the HackTrack rooms
  • goodies:
    • button maker (#DIY) to create personalized buttons
    • webcam covers as sponsored by DANS
  • social events:
    • snacks + drinks after the last talk
    • dinner gathering
