Hi! Great package so far - manual registration of single brain slice seems to work very well. Are there plans for making the outputs compatible with other brainglobe tools? In particular, I would love to use brainglobe-segmentation.

As far as I can tell, nothing gets saved by default post-registration now and saving the images from Napari doesn't match the brainreg format. Does someone by any chance already have a quick-and-dirty solution to matching the formats?

Thanks!

Hi @StoyoKaramihalev,

That is definately the plan. The aim is that brainglobe-registration will be compatible with all the other tools in the ecosystem. However, it's still early days, so most of the features haven't been implemented yet. #12 gives a bit of an idea of where we're heading.

Unfortunately there's no quick-and-dirty solution to get this working with brainglobe-segmentation. We will be creating a new common output format for brainreg, brainglobe-registration and brainglobe-segmentation, so it's not as simple as just converting things into the brainreg format.
