[BUG] Axes generated by brainglobe-heatmap are potentially wrong #55

Describe the bug
Previously, it seems by default the axes that were generated had an origin of 0,0 at the origin of the atlas. Now the 0,0 is (mostly) at the centre of the 2D slice, see below:
