Features to Aid Discussion

Hey Bra1n, I love the tool and use it to run and play on Discord, but the voice chat can get crowded and softer speakers have trouble making themselves heard. If there were a visual way for players and storytellers to request the floor, it would be a big quality-of-life upgrade for me (and I assume others).

My thoughts:

1. Players could use the 'raise hand' icon outside of nominations, as if raising their hand to speak in person (maybe in a different color to be clear it's not a vote).
2. The storyteller could have a keybind that raises/lowers a conspicuous 'call for silence' notice on every player's screen.

I totally get what you mean. Development on the open source app has seized, but be assured that this very problem you're described is being addressed by the official app (also developed by me), which will hopefully go into open Beta soon. 😃 Our current plans are to add a "raised hand" shortcut for when you want to want to speak or generally raise awareness outside votes and, if that's necessary, give the Storyteller more tools to moderate discussions. Good idea with the "call for silence" - there's also going to be a "recall to townsquare" notification so it might be something in the same vein.
